Caboverdegreen is an all-female enterprise based on the island of Maio. The founder, Michela Malossi, has been working in Cape Verde from 15 years.
The team is made up of staff on the islands of Maio and Sal who manage the ‘Casa Carlotta accomodations.
In Sal there will be Naylene Duarte, a helpful and attentive girl, while, in Maio island, there will be Eurica Andrade, smiling and willing. Both are capeverdeans girls with a deep sense of hospitality.
In addition, experienced guides will amaze you with the passion and professionalism with which they work.
This site is the result of constant work and in-depth research to find the right staff to welcome you, the appropriate accommodation on the various islands (all tested by us in the first instance) and the most fascinating experiences.

The site is dedicated to Carlotta Gianni, special traveller with big heart, to my daughters, Ginevra and Lucrezia, constant source of inspiration, to my husband Massimo, accomplice in my most important projects, to my parents, Angelo and Verena, first discoverers of the islands.

We started with the history of this country in order to get to know it in depth, and over the years we have become increasingly fascinated by the authentic natural beauty, the local culture that is still so alive and powerful, and the hospitality of the people.
We prefer the most unspoilt places away from mass tourism and try, through what we organise, to spread the soul of this beautiful country to leave emotions in the traveller’s heart.
We have chosen to adopt an ethos of sustainable tourism, offering more than 20 types of trekking routes because walking in the open air is the best way to get in touch with the land as well as to benefit the body and mind.
