Visit to Assomada market and Boa Entrada – Santiago

After the pick-up at your hotel, you will drive along a road of rare beauty, surrounded by greenery and the bright colours of bougainvilleas. In about 50 minutes you will arrive in Assomada, the second largest city in Santiago, capital of St. Catherine country. Here, the traditional market, considered one of the most colourfulin the entire archipelago is well known. After a visit to the market and a stroll around the city, you will reach Boa Entrada, famous for a fascinating thousand-yearold baobab tree. After lunch in a typical restaurant you will return to Praia.
