If you want to walk surrounded by lush nature, this trek is ideal. After pick-up at hotel, in 30 minutes, you will arrive at the entrance of SerraMalagueta, protected natural park in Santiago. Gongon is part of one of the hiking trails of this beautiful park. Along the way, your guide will point out various endemic plant species and explain their unique characteristics. Walking, you will get to know the communities that live there and learn about their daily life. This valley is full of wild chickens and you might see cute little monkeys jumping merrily here and there. You will return to Praia in the afternoon.
